Welcome

We are a charming 19th century listed rectory in a beautiful three acre garden with a stream (carrier to the river Test) flowing through it.

We have run successful bed and breakfast for 14 years. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We have ample parking and there are stunning views over the fields and garden from our bedrooms.

We welcome all children and pets.

We are open all year round except for three days over Christmas.
